Pelicans View Photography offers premium metal prints produced through a professional print-on-demand fulfillment network. Orders are produced after purchase and shipped directly to customers.

We offer free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States.

Processing and Production Time

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days after production is complete. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue.

If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier investigation or replacement process where appropriate.
